My wife and I saw the videos on the product website and thought it was the perfect bag so we put it on our registry. Everything the video demonstrates is true, but it's a pain to use.
The big issue I have with the bag is that it has no structure, so if you set it down, it just plops down. Then things in the back pocket pop out, and to get things out of anything in the bag, you have to always use both hands one hand to prop it up and the other hand to dig through it.
Another issue is the accessory stroller attachment. They put the hooks on the wrong end, so you have need two hands, one to support the bag, the other to hold the clasp open on the stroller attachment.
