After much comparison shopping for a decent set of flatware that would be attractively sturdy without necessitating a second mortgage to finance, I took a chance on ordering this (3 sets on sale) from Amazon. The quality is very good - yes, you CAN scoop hard ice cream out of the carton with a teaspoon w/o bending the stem (this seemed to be the gold standard test in many other flatware reviews.) The only problem I've had is the discoloring of the butter knife blades, a common problem in other flatware sets (probably because the knife blade has to be much thinner than the rest of set.) Otherwise, very recommended.

This set is extremely well design. The material's used to make this set, i was amazed. The butter knife cuts sharp to be a butter knife. I cut my steak with it, just to see if it will cut it. It did. The spoon, i scooped frozen ice cream without the spoon bending. How many of us bent a spoon trying to scoop ice cream! This spoon is really strong. Also it comes with a big/small variety. 2 size spoons, and 2 size fork sets. The color on these spoons bling like a rap video! I had this set for 4 months, and the shine is still there so far. You receive 1 vintage set with this set also, I rarely use it, it looks so good, and weird looking at the vintage knife and spoon. The spoon is large, I'm black so i can say this. The spoon looks like an old slave spoon. U know, the really big spoon to eat with. But it looks cool, like a spoon for Goliath or something. This set makes a great set, Classy design!

The fragrance is very nice, not too strong but a clean aroma of lemongrass. My hands never feel dry, though I wash them 20 times a day with a toddler at home. It feels gentle but thoroughly cleansing and has a nice amount of suds too. This is my second order of 6.

I love the convenience of the Senseo machine but hate most of the decaf pod options. Can't drink much caffeine anymore but still love a good tasting cup of coffee and I've found these Baronet Decaf French Roast pods to be the best to my taste. I like my coffee dark roasted and somewhat strong to balance out the sugar and half&half I put in it.

These pods are loaded up a lot thicker than other Senseo pods... so much that I have to use the 2-pod filter instead, which isn't a problem and beats using 2 pods to get a mug full of joe. Also I love that they're individually packaged so that unused pods stay fresh longer.

Nothing in the description states that this is a reconditioned unit. Perhaps mine was a mistake by the shipper, but after I had installed it, I noticed an insert in the last page of the user manual that states it is a certified reconditioned unit and has been thoroughly tested. I am calling Amazon customer service and requesting a discount for this. I will add more if they come through. Otherwise, I would give this light/fan 5 stars. Very quiet and pretty.

This is a large unit. Make sure you measure before you buy. The upside is that it moves a lot of air and - for the volume of air moved - is relatively quiet. It is compatible with CFLs and has a nightlight feature.

The quality is only average. After a year, I removed it for cleaning and found rust on some of the internal components. Nothing serious, but I doubt it will last 10 years.

There's no gasket between the outer part of the fixture and the ceiling. If you have a moderate or heavily textured ceiling, light from the internal bulbs will shine through the gaps created by the texture - looks sloppy. To fix this, I fashioned a gasket from a piece of self-adhesive foam weather stripping and attached it to the inside of the fixture. This blocks the light perfectly, but this should have been included in the installation kit.

I thought it would be good to have a night light in the bathroom however, according to my electrician, this would have required a third line run, which we didn't in a remodel but might be ok in new construction.

The required light are tiny. They give you very little space so you can't use the bulbs you already have.

overall a nice kit, the faucet is good quality. shipped quick in 3 different orders which was fine. My only real gripe is that it came with no instructions and one of the rod tubes had 2 small holes in it, not a dealbreaker though. I supplied 3 pictures above of my install. I didnt need instructions but a lesser handy person probably would. Good product for 115$ to add a whole shower in.

This shower set worked really well. We've been using it for a couple of months now and it's been great. The item appeared kind of flimsy when we got it, but it's really held up fine. We did swap out the super cheap shower head that came with it for a handheld one from Home Depot for about $12. Much better.

It was very easy to install also. The directions were just pictorial but we could figure it out without them anyway. Everything you need to install is included in the package and we had no issues with product delivery. I added some pics of our finished product to show you how nicely it installed.

This item is recommended.

I really liked this pattern when it came out and immediately bought 2 sets. I am here to buy another (always compare prices).

I had Corelle growing up and liked the lightweight nature of it and the durability. However, the patterns were not so hot for a while. The newer patterns are great! I gave my old dishes to a college-bound relative when I got these. It was just too hard on my hands lifting 4 stacked stoneware plates from the diswasher to the cupboard.

FYI, and stoneware/porcelain/ceramic dishes with chips should be discarded as dirt/bacteria can get into the unglazed part and you can't get it out. I don't like taking chances with my family's safety. I have never chipped a Corelle dish. My mother did drop one at walmart and it shattered into about a zillion shards, so it is possible.

The only bummer about this set is that the mugs ARE NOT corelle glass. They match but are ceramic. My old set had corelle mugs. The paint does look slightly different as it is on a different surface. The bowls also only have a black rim, too bad the lines aren't on them. I do see they have added some companion pieces. Still waiting for smaller dessert/salad plates to match this set.

Nice everyday dishes that can take rough handling of a family.

I added this system to my '90 Jetta, as they're super easy to break in to. The install was long and drawn out due to the extremely limited instructions, which led me to do all the research online to determine all the connections. If you understand wiring and electrical principles, it's a challenging install, but not over your head. Once set up it works very well, with excellent range across parking lots, campuses and even neighborhoods. My biggest gripe is that the remote's buttons are very easy to push inadvertently. I have already unlocked it twice while in my pocket just by moving around, and even found the remote start had activated while in my pocket once. OEM key fobs (for German cars, at least)are much harder to push for this reason, so why did DEI make them so easy to push?

Other than that gripe though, it's an excellent system - very capable and expandable. Highly recommended.

Viper 5902 Review by Ted Hancock (Wilmington, NC)

I got this off Ebay for very cheap and installed it myself. Due to the complexity, and some bad internet advice, it took about 35 hours to investigate, install, and debug. To give you an idea, the wiring diagram for my Scion Xa is 220 pages. The Viper installation instructions are about 60 pages and there were at least 20 websites with often conflicting information about the wiring. The Scion Xa is a simple car and any modern/luxury car installation would be much more complex with bypasses and extra relays.

Now that everything is in, the unit is working flawlessly. With our current 106F heat index, the remote start alone is worth it. My A/C is blowing cold by the time I get to my car. I didn't have keyless entry before so that is also a plus. As indicated elsewhere, the range is no where near 1 mile but I don't care since I have the Smart Start cellular module (AT&T). I control my car with my iPod Touch through wi-fi and can start it from anywhere in the world for $30/yr. That part cost alone cost almost as much as the alarm system.

I've got to admit there is a significant sense of pride from completing a project so complex, that only a relative handfull of untrained individuals have done it successfully. Also, my 3 and 2 year old kids love it and insist upon pushing the buttons to start and unlock the car. I have purchased the 530T window unit and soon won't have to crack the windows manually in this blistering heat.

i can get alarm alert on my 2way receiver remote.

i am guaranteed any break-in comes with alert within up to half mile range or more.
i have never parked car and not receive an alert.
device will tell u when u r out of range.
totally dependable in large high crime cities.

no false alerts from garbage trucks,etc, but if you smack it with hand ,
silent alert goes to your tramsmitter., etc etc etc

After buying this machine, I was very excited to take it home and give it a try. I was so impressed! I live in an appartment so it was great for my small living spaces and really worked well at cleaning new and old stains! I also really like the color and how easy it was to use! I was amazed by how light this machine was too! I was able to easily maneuver it around my apartment and had no difficulties with it being to bulky or hard to move around. It did the job perfectly and my carpets now look so clean and new!

Item is smaller, lightweight and more versatile than the full size models. It is very easy to use on a small areas for quick clean up, and works well on large areas too. Very easy to clean when finished. I owned the larger model before, and I like this much better. It cleans just as well, except it has no hand tools.

I have a large Bissell steamer but was tired of lugging it around, bending to turn the dial to wash or rinse and trying to clean the debris out with a long stick. Chose this machine because of it's size and ease of operation. Is my cleaner of choice now. Quick fill and empty. No automatic rinse but doesn't appear to build up soap. Brush and cover is easy to take apart, clean and put back. Foot pedals for on and off and handle release. Works well.

I love kitchen items that can be used for more than one purpose. I have used these as pan/pot protectors for my Swiss Diamond set, but also as protectors for my Emile Henry bakeware, so that I can stack the pie dishes on top of the large lasagna bakers. I also use them to nest my Pyrex and Corelleware pieces.

The set I received just this week is not a 4-item set, but rather a 3-item set and comes in pale blue (from DBroth). It is the exact set that I have purchased many times at Current Catalog, but with free super shipping. It is possible that the varied shippers of this item are sending different brands and/or variations of one brand. All I know is that the pale blue set gets the job done and scratches are a thing of the past.

I just ordered another 2 sets, but this time from another vendor here. It was the polka dotted ones pictured here and the painted (I guess it is paint) white dots is flaking all over the place on the set that I did open. Paint is also on the back side, where there is just a solid blue color, of at least one protector of the set that I did not open.

Also, there were just three protectors to a set, so I am not sure why they keep advertising that there are four. They also are not of the same nice quality that DBroth sent to me (and that Current Catalog carries). They are just two pieces of felt slapped together with foam in between and flaky white paint to "decorate" them. ugh I am returning these and ordering from DBroth. Hopefully that vendor is still carrying the nicer non-defective ones.

We've had these for a couple of years. While they do do the job of protecting the finish on our pans, we are not pleased with the quality of the product. The fabric has separated and so instead of having one nice daisy shaped protector, you end up with three layers of material that flops around when you are trying to get your pans out. The protector has a spongy lining with an outer covering on each side of a thin bright blue fabric. The layers separated soon after we got them; and it's not because we didn't take care of them. They never got wet or near the stove, but they came apart. So we are looking for new ones. We bought some white ones from Camping World years ago for our trailer, so I'm trying to find that brand so we can get rid of these. Not recommended.

When I redid my bathroom and began pricing black accessories at local hardware stores, I was amazed at how expensive they were. I purchased this towel rack and the Wrought Iron Toilet Tissue Bar Rack Holder Scroll. Both look fantastic and the low price and fast shipping can't be beat. Hardware is not included and it is difficult to find black screws to use with anchoring fasteners. I purchased a small bottle of black model paint and dabbed some on the aluminum screw heads that I used. It worked perfectly.
